BEIJING, June 6 (Xinhua) -- China's electric vehicle manufacturer NIO (09866.HK) saw its new car delivery up 4.66 percent on year and 38.43 percent on month in May, reported Shanghai Securities News recently.
NIO delivered a total of 7,024 new vehicles in May, including 1,707 ET7, the intelligent electric flagship sedan.
NIO has accomplished cumulative deliveries of 204,936 new vehicles by the end of May.
The company expects its deliveries to speed up in June with the resumption of work and production.
By mid-May, the company has set up 925 battery swap stations, 799 supercharging stations, 699 destination charging stations, and 490,000 third-party charging piles across China.
