InfoQuest (May 11, 2022) - Mr. Wisak Watanasap, Director of the Oil Fuel Fund Office (Offo) announced that at the meeting of the Offo Board, a resolution was proposed to stabilize diesel prices at 32 baht/liter this week to help people mitigate the impact of rising prices. This resolution took effect from May 1 this year and the price will be subject to weekly adjustment.
International Oil prices stay high, with the price of gas oil reaching US$160.65 per barrel on May 6.
Funds in the Oil Fuel Fund as of 8 May stood at -66,681 million baht, including -33,258 million baht in the oil account and -33,423 million baht in the LPG account.
