BEIJING, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Beijing, capital of China, targets 150 billion yuan in the scale of the core sectors of the industrial Internet in 2023, the cnstock.com reported on Tuesday.
The municipality has recently unveiled an action plan for its industrial Internet development in the period from 2021 to 2023, aiming to build itself into an innovation base in the industrial software leading the nationwide and with a global influence.
According to the plan, Beijing will make efforts to have more than 10 domestic first-class industrial Internet platforms for the key industries and cultivate more than 50 system solutions providers with the national influence by 2023.
The city will also promote coordinated development with Hebei province and Tianjin municipality in the industrial Internet field, in an effort to build high-level industrial clusters and create a win-win industrial ecology. (Edited by Hu Pingchao with Xinhua Silk Road, hupingchao@xinhua.org)
