MILAN, Dec. 15 (Class Editori) — The Paduan Idrobase Group has received a new international recognition: after being awarded in 2020 as "valuable company" for its antivirus solutions adopted in China — as the Fog Maker to reduce the amount of PM10 in industrial sites and Bacteria Killer Machines to kill bacteria in enclosed places —, the Borgoricco-based Group received the China Award again this year by the Italy China Foundation. As announced in a company statement, this time the recognition was in the Top Investors category for Daerg China, the JV founded with Daerg Chimica, headquartered in Sorbolo-Mezzani, Parma province, offering a combined solution between environmentally friendly detergent and mechanical hardware, aimed to the Chines car washing market.
In last summer, Daerg China launched an independent production line of detergents for ecological car washing in the Allforclean plant, owned by Idrobase Group and operating for 16 years in the city of Ningbo. The Group produces high pressure washers and their components for both the Chinese market and major world industries. Bruno Ferrarese, Co-President of Idrobase Group, and Ercole Giorgi, Chairman of Daerg Chimica, were awarded with the coveted China Award in Milan.
As remarked by Ferrarese, "this year's victory rewards a small Italian company’s strategy to be attentive to the needs in the great Asian country: from breathing clean air, which is our company motto, to reducing pollution even in daily practices such as washing vehicles in a market that is growing by 21 million cars per year. The winning choice so far has been offering Italian quality at Chinese prices." Recently, the joint venture between Idrobase and Daerg China has also hit the headlines with its entry into the Tunisian car washing market: having chosen a distributor is certainly not meaningless option.
