InfoQuest (December 3, 2021) - According to Mr. Phusit Rattanakul Sereeruengsit, Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) of the Ministry of Commerce, DITP and other six departments under the Ministry of Commerce held a meeting to discuss the implementation of the Bio-Circular-Green Economy (BCG) model.
Next year, relevant activities will be held to tap the development potential of Thai enterprises, which will benefit 1,600 enterprises and create a total trade volume of more than 517 million baht.
The move is divided into three stages and takes into account the development of five target products, including future food; pet food; packaging materials; lifestyle products; natural herbal cosmetics.
The first stage focuses on training talents and developing products; the second stage gives priority to the promotion of Thai BCG products online and offline; the third stage stresses the cooperation with domestic and foreign online sales platforms.
