BEIJING, May 17 (Xinhua) -- South China's Hainan Province on May 10 unveiled a 2021-2023 action plan to promote the high-quality investment development in the Hainan free trade port.
According to the plan, efforts will be made to expand effective investment in key sectors of the port, including tourism, modern services, high-tech industries, high-efficiency agriculture with tropical characteristic and manufacturing, infrastructure construction regarding the networks of roads, optic fibers, electricity, gas and water, public services for people's livelihood, and social investment.
Efforts will also be made to quicken reform of the investment and financing systems, including improving resource allocation efficiency, broadening investment and financing channels, innovating the investment supervision mode, and streamlining related approval processes for investment.
