BEIJING, May 13 (Xinhua) -- Yaguang Technology Group Co., Ltd. (300123.SZ), a boat manufacturing and military electronics company in China, signed an agreement with China's battery giant Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL, 300750.SZ) on May 10, 2021 to embark cooperation on new energy electric boats, according to the company's file to the stock exchange recently.
According to the agreement, specific cooperation will involve business, scientific and technological projects, standard setting and business information resources in the fields of yachts, sightseeing ships, public service ships and so on.
