BEIJING, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) -- China will significantly accelerate its opening-up during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025), with the opening-up efforts far beyond expectation, said Wei Jianguo, vice chairman of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE), on Friday.
According to Wei, China is expected to further shorten the negative list, formulate more detailed rules for the implementation of the Foreign Investment Law, increase protection for foreign investment, and eliminate a series of institutional restrictions on opening-up.
