BEIJING, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform on Tuesday released the second batch of 91 guidelines helping enterprises better use favorable policy tools related to service sectors.

Beijing unveiled the first batch of 114 guidelines in August, which covered policies of fee reduction, subsidies, financing and loan, etc. to help enterprises resume production and work.

The second batch of guidelines issued this time focus on policy tools related to financial services, science and technology services, information services, cultural and creative sector, business services, elderly care services and other service segments.

Providing information on service recipients, requirements, service process, service department and contact number in the form of tables, the new guidelines are expected to help enterprises enjoy preferential policies in a fast and convenient fashion so as to further stimulate vitality of the market players.

Through the guidelines, Beijing aims to promote high-quality development of modern service industry and give full play to its role in leading the opening up of China's service industry, according to the Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform.

Beijing's service industry has steadily firmed up, with its added value up 0.1 percent to 2.177 trillion yuan during the January-September period, showed data released last month by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics. (Edited by Su Dan with Xinhua Silk Road, sudan@xinhua.org)
