BEIJING, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- China Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group Limited (00708.HK) announced Friday that it proposed to issue RMB shares on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (Sci-Tech Board) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The proposed share issue is still subject to relevant regulatory approvals, the company said in an announcement filed with the Hong Kong stock exchange.
The company announced earlier this Tuesday, that it had entered into top-up placing arrangements with places including entities of Tencent Holdings Limited, Sequoia Capital, Yunfeng Capital and Didi Chuxing, among others, raising approximately 4 billion Hong Kong dollars.
