BEIJING, Sept. 9 (Xinhua) – Beijing issued on Tuesday a new plan to support the development of hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle industry, reported Xinhua Finance, a financial platform run by Xinhua News Agency.
By 2023, Beijing is set to cultivate 3-5 leading enterprises in the sector with international influence, and strives to put 3,000 hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles on the road, according to the plan released by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information technology.
Besides, the output value of the whole industrial chain in the sector will exceed 8.5 billion yuan by 2023.
By 2025, the city will nurture 5-10 leading enterprises in the industry, and promote more than 10,000 hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles.
The output value of the whole industrial chain for the sector will exceed 24 billion yuan by 2025.
