BEIJING, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) -- Southern China's island province of Hainan sees the number of new-registered enterprises surge 183.19 percent year-on-year to more than 14,100, reported Hainan Daily Thursday.
In July, the province's new market entities exceeded 25,300, a year-on-year increase of 36.66 percent. The number of new enterprises in 12 key industries including internet, medical and health, modern financial service and marine industry increased significantly.
In the first seven months of this year, more than 135,000 new market entities were newly established in Hainan, a year-on-year increase of 30.05 percent.
Since the beginning of this year, Hainan Province has continued to optimize its business environment, a series of measures have been released to facilitate business registration of commercial entities, which improves the convenience of commercial registration, stimulates market vitality, and enhances investors' experience in investing and starting a business in Hainan Province.
