BEIJING, April 28 (Xinhua) -- The foreign trade value of northeastern China's Jilin Province hit 30.07 billion yuan in the first quarter of 2020, an increase of 0.1 percent year-on-year, statistics from Changchun Customs showed.
Specifically, trade value of foreign-invested enterprises accounted for 50.9 percent, with an amount of 15.3 billion yuan, an increase of 3.1 percent. While trade value of private enterprises increased by 4.4 percent, accounting for 21.5 percent.
In terms of categories, Jilin's agricultural product exports increased significantly in the first quarter, with a value of 2.02 billion yuan, an increase of 14.5 percent. Mechanical and electrical products accounted for over 80 percent of import goods.
