BEIJING, April 7 (Xinhua) – North China's Hebei Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) has decided to promote the separation of permits from business licenses in Xiongan New Area for improving business environment in the FTZ, reported Hebnews.com.cn recently.
According to the Bureau of Public Services of Xiongan New Area, Xiongan New Area will further cut the red tape concerning 198 items from the detailed reform list.
The new area will also pilot the reform highlighting the listed-based management system and supportive laws and regulations.
To be specific, the reform including scrapping the review requirement of four items, replacing the approval requirement for three items with registration, and implementing the notification commitment mechanism for 46 items.
The efficiency of approval services for 145 items will be streamlined.
