BEIJING, March 10 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Internet company Sohu.com Inc. (SOHU.NASDAQ) earned 1.85 billion U.S. dollars of revenue in 2019, up 2 percent year on year, according to the un-audited financial report released by the company on Monday.
In the fourth quarter of last year, the company generated 490 million US dollars in revenue, an increase of 5 percent from the same period of 2018 .
Excluding the impairment charge, the company's non-GAAP net profits stood at 7 million U.S. dollars in the fourth quarter.
Zhang Chaoyang, Chairman and CEO of the company, noted that the company's operating results further improved due to its solid business performance and effective cost saving initiatives.
