BEIJING, March 6 (Xinhua) – The Nanjing Free Trade Pilot Zone (FTZ) in east China's Jiangsu Province recently issued the first construction permit for the local enterprise through the simplified approval process, to ensure the legal and timely resumption of production for local enterprises.
According to an action plan about the approval system issued by Jiangbei New Area in Nanjing on February 26, local authority needs to inform the construction units of the specific construction requirements, while the construction enterprises shall promise to carry out construction under the conditions, which is helpful to speed up the examination and approval of construction projects.
Under this simplified approval system, the relevant government department can complete the construction permit within one working day, establishing a new supervision model based on integrity, according to the person in charge of Nanjing Jiangbei New Area.
