BEIJING, Feb. 12 (Xinhua) -- China’s commodity market will likely show signs of recovery in the second quarter of this year with the easing of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic and strengthening of the country’s counter measures against the outbreak, said China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) Monday.
In a report published on its website, CFIP predicted that domestic commodity market is under big downward pressure in the first quarter as the delay of production and work resumption and the control over people inflow and transportation for epidemic prevention and control purpose produce large negative effect on both production and final consumption.
