BEIJING, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- DHC Software Co., Ltd. (002065.SZ) Sunday announced it has signed a strategic framework agreement with Qingdao Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the government of Laoshan district of the city, according to which, it plans to invest 3 billion yuan to build an industrial park in Laoshan District.
The agreement is based on Qingdao and Laoshan’s industrial development strategies and DHC Software’s advantages in technology and resources.
The statement said the agreement was signed at a video conference and it is the first major software technology service project since December of 2019 when Qingdao was awarded as a city featured with software industry by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The three parties will cooperate in areas of Donghua software industrial park, Donghua information innovation ecological base, Donghua cloud city and big data center, Internet hospital, incubation base and Donghua software training base.
