BEIJING, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) --The World Bank published its Doing Business 2020 oOctober 24, 2019, including an Ease of Doing Business Ranking comparing 190 economies around the world.
According to the report, China's ranking for ease of doing business moved up 15 places to 31st this year. That placed it among the world's ten most-improved economies, along with others such as Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and India.
The report says China has reduced the red tape involved in getting construction permits. It now takes 111 days to go through these permitting procedures, while the average in East Asia and the Pacific is 132 days.
