On May 15, the signing ceremony for the purchase contract between LONGi Group and Flat Glass Group was held in Xi'an, the headquarters of LONGi. Members attending the signing ceremony included Zhong Baoshen, Chairman of LONGi Group, Ruan Hongliang, Chairman of Flast Glass Group, Jiang Dongyu, General Manager of LONGi Group Supply Chain, Zhao Chunguang, Director of Supply Chain Purchasing Strategy, and Zhu Yuping, Senior Sales Manager of Flat Glass Group.
Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held in-depth and friendly talks. Chairman Zhong Baoshen said that LONGi has always attached great importance to the relationship with supply chain partners and continuously strengthened the cooperation with them. It has created a new cooperation mode through cooperative R&D and coordinated development.
When talking about the development trend of the PV industry, Chairman Zhong Baoshen said: "The PV industry has maintained a rapid growth for the past ten years, and there is still huge potential for its development. It is foreseeable that the PV industry is promising and worth looking forward to." He also said that LONGi hopes to continue to partner with the vast number of suppliers, explore new methods, apply new technologies, break through major problems, and create a more favorable development space for everyone.
Mr Ruan Hongliang, Chairman of the Flat Glass Group, introduced the development history, production capacity and industrial layout of the Flat. He expressed the idea that through this signing, Flat can further strengthen the mutual cooperation and development with LONGi.
After the talks, the two parties held a signing ceremony. Jiang Dongyu, General Manager of LONGi's supply chain, and Zhu Yuping, Senior Manager of sales of Flat Glass Group, signed the purchase contract on behalf of both parties. Chairman Zhong Baoshen and Chairman Qi Hongliang witnessed the signing.
The Flat Glass Group is a large glass enterprise that integrates glass R&D, manufacturing and deep processing. It has both listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 26, 2015, and on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on February 15, 2019. Flat's main products include four main fields namely, solar PV glass, high-quality float glass, engineering glass, and home glass. It also focuses on the construction of solar PV power stations and quartz rock mining, which has formed a relatively complete industrial chain.
