BEIJING, Oct. 28 (Xinhua) – China's logistics industry maintained steady growth in the first three quarters of this year, official data showed on Friday.
According to the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP), the total value of China's social logistics in the first three quarters of this year amounted to 215.9 trillion yuan, up 5.7 percent year on year.
The growth rate was down one percentage point from the same period of last year, and 0.4 percentage point from the first half of this year.
In the first nine months, total social logistics cost reached 10.2 trillion yuan, a rise of 7.5 percent year on year.
