Bureau of Central Audit and Land Transport Department sign MoC to share vehicle registration information via e-system

Abstract : After signing a Memorandum of Cooperation with Land Transport Department in the Bureau of Central Audit, the Bureau of Central Audit and Land Transport Department will share vehicle registration information via e-system.

InfoQuest (August 28) -- After signing a Memorandum of Cooperation with Land Transport Department in the Bureau of Central Audit, Ms. Yanee Sangsrichun, spokesperson and financial consultant of the Bureau of Central Audit, revealed that from then on, the Bureau of Central Audit and Land Transport Department will share vehicle registration information via e-system.

The above-mentioned information will be used to check and confirm the accuracy of vehicle registration information submitted to the Bureau of Central Audit by enterprises which apply for registered construction enterprise directory at e-Government Procurement (e-GP), and relevant reference information used to apply for registered construction enterprise directory according to the Government Procurement and Supplies Management Act B.E. 2560 issued in 2017.

After signing the Memorandum of Cooperation, the Bureau of Central Audit will send detailed vehicle registration information of applicant enterprises to Land Transport Department via e-system. After obtaining the authorization of the above-mentioned information owners, Land Transport Department will help checking and confirming the accuracy of those vehicle registration information. After checking and confirming, the Land Transport Department will send more useful information about reviewing the application of registered construction enterprise directory at e-GP system back to the Bureau of Central Audit via e-system.

According to the spokesperson, the Memorandum of Cooperation is designed to implement relevant government policies in line with the LICENSING FACILITATION ACT, B.E.2558 issued in 2015, which aims to offer convenience to the people and alleviate their burden. The information cooperation between the two government agencies will streamline the registration, application, and approval processes in Bureau of Central Audit in terms of registered construction enterprise directory, making it more convenient for enterprises.
