MILAN, Jul 16 (Class Editori) – TraWell expands in Russia. The former Safe Bag listed on AIM Italia, active in baggage protection and tracing services for airport passengers, announced that its subsidiary Wrapping Service was awarded the contract for the supply of its services to travelers at the Siberian airport of Krasnoyarsk during the next five years.
That of Krasnoyarsk is one of the most important airports in Siberia, with around 2.5 million passengers in 2018 and a stable passenger volume in the first five months of 2019. “Entering Krasnoyarsk airport confirms the leadership of our subsidiary Wrapping Service in Russia as well as the development capabilities of our partner Alexander Fedoseev,” said president of TraWell Rudolph Gentile.
Meanwhile, the group has also announced that today, in execution of the resolution taken by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 5th July, it proceeded to regrouping its ordinary shares in the ratio of a security, one every 25. The official price of the TraWell Co ordinary shares recorded on the MTA on July, 12 is equal to EUR 4.17 per share and this will be used to value the fractions of shares generated by the application of the grouping relationship. Despite this new contract, at the moment the Trawell title marks a fall of 0.98% at the Italian stock exchange with €103.22. (All rights reserved)
