Abstract : China COSCO Shipping inked a deal with the Silk Road Fund, Russian natural gas producer Novatek, and Russian maritime shipping company Sovcomflot last Friday in Saint Petersburg to establish a joint venture under the name of Maritime Arctic Transport LLC.
