MILAN, June 7 (Class Editori) – After the editions in Shanghai and Chengdu, IDI Italian Design Icons makes a stop, from the 14th to the 16th June, in Chongqing – an emerging metropolis in the south-eastern of China, famous for TestBed 2, the disused industrial district transformed then as an art and design district.
Started from an idea of DP Group and realized by Eastant communication & event, IDI Italian Design Icons comes back with new projects, conferences and brands under the banner of Italian design and sustainability. The brands present include, Ansaldo Breda, IGuzzini, Maserati, Pirelli, Poltrona Frau, Sfh, Ufi filters (Sofima group).
The event, promoted with the support of the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing, Ita (Italian Trade Agency), Cicc and Fic, has Class Editori, Milano Finanza and, for China, iChongqing as media partners. Ctf Automobile China is the official partner, while Sino Drink and Acqua Sant'Anna will be the official drinks.
The event is organized in three days of exhibitions and conferences open to the public; and Italian architects and designers, lecturers and opinion leaders as guests who will talk about their point of view on design and sustainability by sharing the results achieved by Italian brands in their own industries.
The list of speakers includes Gaby Gan, IGuzzini's marketing supervisor; Ulrich Antoni, head of Pirelli natural rubber procurement; Deng, general manager of Chengdu Ctf Junyi Maserati dealer; Ermanno Vitali, Chongqing Chuanyi AnsaldoBreda general manager; Grace Hong, Sofima Group HR manager; Gabriele Goretti, associate researcher at the Nanjing University/School and Art; Edward Liu, SinoDrink founder and chairman; Giorgio Olivotti, Niccolo Chongqing general manager; Amelia Zhang, Tonino Lamborghini Center Chengdu sales director; Per Erik Bjornsen, Morph Design Consulting Ltd CEO; Xudong Lai, chairman of Chongqing Juying Chuang Interior Design and Antonio Cianci, CEO of Am Technology (Airlite).
