The second edition of the event conceived by Hclc Holding for the leather industry is underway. The group aims to enhance innovation in technology and style and targeting to collaborations with international designers. The development also involves distribution - which currently consists of 30% of retail sales - through the network of commercial spaces.
The liaison between China and Italy in the fashion segment is strengthened. The Fashion Haining event, conceived by Hclc, a service holding company for the leather and fur industry, is back with its second edition during Milan Fashion Week. The platform is led by the Haining district, a leading manufacturing area of the fur sector in China, towards an ever-increasing development and internationalization. This year the platforms is reaching its second stage of a five-year plan bringing the Zlfzss brand - which belongs to the Foor group - to the catwalk.
The holding company, led by Yueming Zhang, is in fact giving economic support and investing significant resources in order to increasingly expand the production range of its companies. Hclc is also working to enhance innovation in technology and style and targeting to collaborations with international designers. The development also involves distribution, which currently consists of 30% of retail sales - through the HCLC retail network - owning a business that stands at over $3 billion a year, and a range of consumers of about 14 million users. The news of the past few months was the foundation by an Italian company, with the support of Hclc, of Haining designers' lab, a project that promotes the collaboration between Italian and foreign stylists, together with Chinese companies. The aim of the foundation is to enhance the products in several commercial territories, especially supporting the younger designers.
An example is the brand that has been selected to go on the catwalk during the second edition of the event. Zlfzss is a trademark registered in France in 2005 and founded by the Chinese creative director Lei Zhang. It is aimed at an age group ranging between 18 and 35 years and which, together with the group to which it belongs, is working with a view to safeguarding the environment, succeeding in manufacturing with an energy saving of 20%. The label, which will perform on 21 February at the Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia in Milan, generated a turnover of over 1.5 million dollars in 2018. As for 2019, it is estimated to reach 3 million dollars.
