BEIJING, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- Guanfu Holdings Co., Ltd (002102. SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Nenter & Co., Inc signed a framework agreement with DSM Nutritional Products China Enterprise B.V., Shanghai Securities News reported on Tuesday.
Under the agreement, the two sides will jointly establish a joint venture (JV) for producing vitamin E products and its intermediates.
It is noted that Nenter will hold a 25-percent stake in the JV, while DSM intends to acquire a 75-percent stake in the JV for 1.066 billion yuan, according to the agreement. (Edited by Jiang Feifan)
