BEIJING, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- Chinese financial software and network service provider Hundsun Technologies (600570.SH) announced Tuesday that it has signed a memorandum of collaboration with the world-leading financial service solution supplier Ipreo Holdings LLC in New York on setting up a joint venture in China.
According to the announcement, the joint venture will engage in providing electronic bookbuilding solutions for the bond market in Chinese mainland.
Hundsun also predicted that its net profit attributable to shareholders will reach 598 million yuan to 659 million yuan in 2018, showing an year-on-year increase of 26.96 percent to 39.92 percent driven by the growth of the company’s main business. (Edited by Su Dan, Niu Huizhe)
