BEIJING, Jan. 22 (Xinhua) -- Yipinhong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (300723.SZ) announced on Monday that its subsidiary had signed an agreement with Taiwan pharmaceutical company Center Ventures on jointly establishing a Joint Venture (JV).
According to a company filing, the newly-established JV is responsible for the R&D, production and sales in the Chinese mainland of children's special medicine products of Center Ventures that have obtained a marketing approval license in Taiwan. A total of 50 kinds of products involved in the list.
The two sides will give full play to their R&D, sales, and brands, aiming to building a leading professional children’s medicine company in the Chinese mainland.
Established in 1959, Center Ventures was equipped with practical experience and business expertise in biotechnology, with registered capitals at 3.5 billion new Taiwan dollars, which was a leading child’s medicines in Taiwan, China. (Edited by Ma Xin, maxin11@xinhua.org)
