BEIJING, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- PAG announced on Monday that it had completed the phase III fund-raising for merger, acquisition, and investment focusing in Asian market, with total value exceeding 6 billion U.S. dollars.
According to PAG, the second phase of its Asian fund completed transaction in December 2015, raising 3.6 billion U.S. dollars, and the first phase raising 2.5 billion U.S. dollars.
Founded in 2002, PAG is one of Asia’s largest alternative investment management firms managing a diverse array of funds in private equity, real estate and absolute return strategies. (Edited by Ma Xin, maxin11@xinhua.org)
