BEIJING, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corp., Ltd. (COMPLANT) recently announced that it had signed a contract with Lao firm Krittaphong Group Co., Ltd. to build a life center in Vientiane, capital of Laos.
According to the company's announcement, the life center to be built will include a shopping mall, apartments and a multi-storey garage, covering a total construction area of 66,000 square meters.
The project contract comprises designing and construction (including civil construction, installation, fine decoration, weak current engineering, gardening, etc.) of the life center.
The project value is tentatively estimated at 335,259,700 yuan (about 48.28 million U.S. dollars). After the construction drawing design is completed, the amount will be determined by a supplementary agreement.
The contract period is 2 years from the starting date of construction.
COMPLANT is a Chinese company focusing on complete equipment export and project contracting in industry, transportation, infrastructure etc.
