BEIJING, Oct. 8 (Xinhua) -- China's National Energy Administration has recently released a three-year action plan to enhance the emergency response capacity in the electric power industry.
China will explore comprehensive solutions of the power emergency response products, technologies and services, and promote R&D and application of the products such as the natural disaster monitoring and early warning systems, rescue personnel protection products, high-altitude rescue technology and equipment, mobile emergency substation, etc., according to the action plan starting from 2018 to 2020.
