BEIJING, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Nepal received 102,520 Chinese tourists in the first eight months of 2018, up 45 percent year on year and also close to the total arrivals of Chinese visitors in the whole year of 2017, according to Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) on Wednesday.
The NTB statistics showed that the country received totally 104,664 Chinese visitors in 2017.
Nepal has seen overall rebound in tourism and has received about 680, 996 foreign tourists in the first eight months, up 18 percent compared with same period last year. (Edited by Niu Huizhe, niuhuizhe@xinhua.org)
