BEIJING, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- 2018 Pingtan International Tourism Island Forum kicked off on August 8 in Pingtan, east China’s Fujian Province, according to yidaiyilu.gov.cn.
Nearly 50 experts and scholars, and more than 500 guests from the two side of the Taiwan Strait gathered at the forum.
The forum focused on the hot issue of tourism development and explored the development concept of island tourism.
