BEIJING, Aug. 2 (Xinhua) -- A guideline on the systematic management of general aviation industry is likely to released soon by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, reported the Xinhua-run www.cnstock.com citing an insider on August 1.
The guideline proposes that efforts should be made to build a complete and applicable legal system, a professional and socialized talent team, an innovative and well-regulated working mechanism and a transparent and sharing service platform. In the next two or three years, a standard policy system, a classified regulation system and a service guarantee system should be basically established.
