BEIJING, July 30 (Xinhua) -- Beijing Kunlun Tech Co., Ltd (300418.SZ) announced that its joint-stock company Opera Limited was listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange on July 27, with offering price at 12 U.S. dollars per share.
According to a company filing, Beijing Kunlun Tech Co., Ltd will hold 96 million shares via its subsidiary in Hong Kong, accounting for 43.7 percent of the total capital stock of Opera Limited after the issuance. (Edited by Ma Xin, maxin11@xinhua.org)
