BEIJING, July 12 (Xinhua) -- Shenzhen municipal government announced on Tuesday that the construction project approval system reform had made breakthrough. From August 1, the approval time for construction from project establishment to obtaining construction permit would be no more than 90 working days.
For government investment construction projects, approval time would be within 85 working days for house construction projects and within 90 working days for municipal projects.
For social investment construction projects, it would be within 33 working days from signing land use rights transfer contract to obtaining construction permit and within 45 working days from signing land use rights transfer contract to the completion of the real estate registration, according to the announcement.
