Fujian Province is aimed at fostering over 12 industry clusters with operating revenue exceeding 100 billion yuan, over 100 service-type manufacturing demonstration enterprises, more than 500 giant enterprises in science and technology, etc. According to the action plan, Fujian Province will support leading enterprises to conduct merger and acquisition (M&A) and grant subsidies to qualified projects.In the meantime, for the new qualified state-level key laboratories, engineering laboratories, engineering research centers, the provincial government will give 8 million awards.

Under the guideline, Hainan will add a number of leading agricultural product processing enterprises. By 2020, the output value of the sizable agricultural product processing enterprises each with the main business revenue above 20 million yuan annually will exceed 50 billion yuan, while that of the agricultural product processing industry will exceed 100 billion yuan. By 2025, the output value of the sizable agricultural product processing enterprises will reach 80 billion yuan, while that of the industry will amount to 160 billion yuan, said the guideline.
China to roll out policies for dev of industrial Internet -- China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is working with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to study policies of supporting financing for the industrial Internet enterprises, the Xinhua-run Economic Information Daily quoted Xie Shaofeng, a MIIT official, as saying on June 25. In addition, this year, the MIIT has set up a special fund jointly with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) to support the development of the industrial Internet, said Xie. China promotes World Bank loans for PPP projects, NDRC -- The Department of Fixed Asset Investment under the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), China's top economic planner, has organized a number of key public-private partnership (PPP) projects to apply for World Bank loans, since the beginning of 2017, according to a notice on the NDRC website. Shenzhen to build free trade port by 2020-- China's southern boomtown Shenzhen will build its port into a free trade port by the end of 2020 by further cutting red tape and streamlining customs clearance procedures, according to a local document. The Port of Shenzhen is a collective name for a number of ports along the coastline of Shenzhen. It docks the third largest number of containers in the world. A guideline published by the municipal government last week showed the port plans to cut its customs clearance time of cargo shipment by one-third by 2020 through streamlining the procedures and lift some of the trade restrictions. The guideline also put forward a goal to jointly develop the Port of Shenzhen and the Port of Hongkong into an international shipping center. To be specific, by 2020, the number of the state key laboratories for discipline will be about 300, while that of the state key laboratories of the enterprises will be around 270. The number of the state key laboratories jointly established by the ministries and provincial-level governments will be around 70, said the guideline.
