GUIYANG, July 3 (Xinhua) -- Southwest China’s Guizhou Province announced that it will try to achieve total expressway mileage of over 10,000 kilometers by the end of 2022.
According to a plan released recently, Guizhou Province will invest over 500 billion yuan in the next five years since 2018 to realize the goal, with the area density and population density reaching 5.7 km per 100 square km and 2.7 km per 10,000 people respectively.
From 2018 to 2020, 18 new expressway projects covering 1,618 km will be launched.
