China Price・Hefei Zhougudui's Agricultural Product Wholesale Price Index is the first commodity price index developed by Anhui Province. It is an innovation of the government providing price information services to the public, which can comprehensively improve the price trend monitoring and analysis ability of agricultural products in the market, further enhancing the influence of Hefei's Agricultural Product Price Index across the country. Since its launch on December 25, 2014, the current market price index covers products of five categories, including vegetables, fruits, grain and oil, aquatic products, and pork. Nearly 130 vegetable varieties, over 50 fruit varieties, 60 aquatic products varieties, and more than 90 grain and oil varieties have been released, which covers all the common varieties and fill the gap in the wholesale price index of agricultural products in Anhui Province.
