Ms. Wang Kewen is the Deputy Secretary-General of China Overseas Development Association. She focuses on providing policy advice to government departments as well as project consultation and services to Chinese enterprises to help them "go global". In recent years, she has been studying the bilateral production capacity cooperation between China and the Belt and Road countries. She has also led a team to track and study the Chinese enterprises' investment situation in some foreign countries, such as Kazakhstan, Cambodia and the Philippines, and has accumulated valuable experience.
