LOS ANGELES, June 15 (Xinhua) -- The annual Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) kicked off on June 12 at Los Angeles of California. Many Chinese enterprises including Tencent, NetEase and Perfect World Investment & Holding Group actively took part in the expo in a bid to explore the overseas market.
Huang Yumeng, deputy secretary general of the Game Publishing Committee of China Audio-video and Digital Publishing Association, noted that with the rapid development of Internet and upgrading in hardware, China’s gaming industry has maintained a steady growth and will boast a brilliant future.
“More and more Chinese gaming enterprises are seeking international opportunity, not only large companies but also small- and medium-sized ones. We hope domestic gaming industry can keep continuous innovation,” said Huang.
