BEIJING, June 14 (Xinhua) -- A cooperation agreement has been reached between B3(Brasil Bolsa Balcão S.A.) Stock Exchange and China Investment Information Services Ltd. (CIIS) recently in Shanghai, which designated CIIS as the official manager and provider of market data of B3 in Chinese mainland.
Gilson Finkelsztain, CEO with B3 believed that through the cooperation with CIIS, the branding of the Exchange will be greatly promoted in the Chinese market.
Que Bo, deputy general manager with Shanghai Stock Exchange said that the cooperation will further enrich the domestic information product structure and bring more investment opportunities for the investors.
B3 is a world-class financial market infrastructure company and its products cover stocks, corporate bonds, foreign exchange derivatives, interest rate derivatives, commodities, and structured products.
Established in Hong Kong in 1994, CIIS is the wholly owned subsidiary of SSE InfoNet Ltd., the sole exclusive authorized operation organization to manage the securities information of Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE).
