BEIJING, June 6 (Xinhua) -- Lingyun Curtain Wall, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuhan Lingyun Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., recently singed a contract for curtain wall construction at the Terminal 2 of Kuwait International Airport, with a contract value of approximately 830 million yuan, said a report from Hubei Daily.
The curtain wall project of Kuwait International Airport Terminal 2 includes 78 arched curtain walls and external walls of 30 bridges, with a total area of about 200,000 square meters, which refreshes the scale record of a single project for Lingyun Curtain Wall.
Kuwait International Airport is known as a world-class green airport. After completion, it is expected to receive 13 million passengers annually and will be further expanded to see 25 million passengers in the future, which will greatly ease the air traffic pressure in Kuwait.
