NANJING, June 5 (Xinhua) -- Suzhou, a major city located in Jiangsu Province, east China, registered a 6.7 percent year-on-year growth in private investment in the first four months of this year, data from local statistics bureau showed.
The growth rate was 0.8 percentage point higher than that of the first quarter. Private investment amounted to 93.9 billion yuan from January to April, accounting for 68.1 percent of the total investment in the city.
