BEIJING, June 4 (Xinhua) -- Jiangsu Hoperun Software Co,Ltd (300339.SZ) announced on Sunday that it had signed a business cooperation agreement with ANT Financial Cloud for upgrading the IT system of the financial industry, jointly providing innovative financial technology services, autonomous and controllable platform products and services for banks and other financial institutions.
Both parties will share technology resources, customer resources, team resources, together create a new model of financial technology services, and build a new ecology of financial technology.
The company said that the agreement will realize the complementary advantages of both parties, help improve the company’s core competitiveness in the financial informationization business, and cast positive effect on market development and business model innovation in the company’s financial informationization business.
