BEIJING, May 31 (Xinhua) - SUMEC Energy has signed a cooperation agreement with Chinese telecoms company Huawei recently, the Xinhua-run China Securities Journal reported on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, the two sides will make full use of their rich experience in product manufacturing, clean energy supply, and photovoltaic smart solutions in a bid to carry out an all-round and in-depth cooperation in the multiple fields, such as key component supply of PV projects , global market and product development, etc., and finally join hands to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the clean energy industry.
Recently, six Chinese government departments jointly issued a auction plan to develop a smart PV industry during the 2018-2020 period.
Insiders noted that the move specified the development direction of China’s PV industry in the future, and will further accelerate the country’s steps to become the leader in the global PV industry.
