BEIJING, May 31 (Xinhua) -- Shenzhen Clou Electronics Co., Ltd. (002121.SZ) announced on Thursday that it had signed strategic framework agreement with Alibaba Cloud Computing Co. Ltd., the cloud computing arm of Alibaba Group on Wednesday.
