Abstract : Ccoop Group announced on late Sunday that its wholly-owned subsidiary intended to sign an equity transfer framework agreement with Yangtze Air Cargo Holding Co. and VeloX Express.
BEIJING, May 28 (Xinhua) - Ccoop Group (000564.SZ) announced on late Sunday that its wholly-owned subsidiary intended to sign an equity transfer framework agreement with Yangtze Air Cargo Holding Co. and VeloX Express to buy a 100 percent stake in HNA Cargo Co. for no more than 1.5 billion yuan, the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported.
After the completion of this transaction, HNA Cargo will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ccoop Group.(Edited by Yang Yifan, yangyifan@xinhua.org)
