BEIJING, May 25 (Xinhua) - Dalian Zeus Entertainment Co announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zeus Interactive signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanda Game’s subsidiary, the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported on Thursday.

Under the agreement, the two sides will further deepen the existing IP and strengthen cooperation in the licensing of IP.

The agreement is valid for five years. Shares of Dalian Zeus Entertainment have resumed trading on Friday.
